An Exotic Fishing Trip for TwoThe coral reef teems with vibrantly-coloured fish. Neptune has enlisted the aid of the players to breed specific varieties of fish to paint the reef in the colours of the rainbow. First, a player must find a secluded area of coral where the parent fish can meet. Then, the player looks for the right parents to produce the fish Neptune wants. All can be found in the waters flowing around the reef. With more reef boats and the right worms, a player is better prepared to succeed in his mission for Neptune. The first player to collect five families for Neptune wins the game. But beware: sharks also inhabit the waters of the reef and may chase away the fish you want to collect. Contents:

Quite a laid back and pretty game. Good if you're in a relaxed, laid-back mood.
It reminded me a bit, in that respect, of some of those games we used to play as kids - you know, Misfits, Floundering, Car- Capers.
Anyway, this is a lot more subtle and strategic than those, but not so much that you feel like scratching your head. The mechanism for letting the cards change (the water flows) is quite good and you can get to a stage where you can make it flow faster by chasing things off with sharks.
There's enough here to make this fun. It's light-weight, but you don't want chess every night, right.
