The goal of the game is to build the most successful Underground lines and in doing so gain the most points. You can gain points by connecting your lines to various destinations on the board, and by having the passengers use your lines to travel from station to station.The player who has best balanced the demands by the time that the deck of destinations is exhausted will be declared the winner.

|On the underground, naturally enough is played out on a map of the london underground. Each player has a set of line pieces in 1 or more colours, depending on the number of players. The object is to lay lengths of track then move a passenger token to one of the available destinations on a set of cards. The route the passenger takes is decided by least amount of walking and least line changes. For each section of track the passenger moves along points are scored. Points can also be scored by building out to terminus stations, connecting to main line stations and connecting 2 of the same item tokens (randomly placed at game start). As some sections allow only one line between them and others allow 2 or more lines, building up the best network offers some good decision making to be made. Once the deck of destination cards are exhausted the game ends and the player with most points wins. A good easy to learn game thats playable in around an hour.|
