A very simple game where players are dwarves who are mining for gold. But a saboteur could be amongst us and doesn't want us to get gold. A great filler game.

Simple fun but with a nice hidden role mechanic, so the accusations will fly! Played this a few times on holiday with family and it went down really well. Simple enough for everyone to grasp, you are dwarves trying to tunnel your way to treasure by laying cards that represent sections of the tunnel. Some of you will be plotting for failure however, and so card choices become interesting and suspicions arise, as you question each others motives! Lots of fun and plays a big group well, so well worth checking out.

This is a really fun game! Maybe it's one of those that anyone who regularly plays games with 6 or more people should own. You can play it with less players but it's best with 6 . There are a lot of subtle strategies in this - mostly concerning the timing of when and where you play certain cards and sometimes about sending others subtle hints about what you're doing or what you know - for instance, if you're a digging-dwarf, blocking or making it tougher to use the path to a finish card you know to be a rock. But there again, players have to read whether someone else's first movements are a subterfuge or for real. You can be sure that experienced saboteurs will not reveal themselves quickly or easily!

A lot of fun for very little money.

Players are dwarves mining through tunnels to reach the gold. The tunnels are cards that each player plays each turn to extend the tunnel network towards one of the 3 possible locations of the gold. Instead of revealing more tunnel, players can instead break the equipment of the other dwarves to delay them. This is because there can be up to 4 saboteurs in the game who win by stopping the 'good' dwarves reaching the gold, but no-one knows for sure who these saboteurs are - it may happen that no-one is a saboteur!

It is this little twist in the gameplay which makes this light card game so much fun, especially with more players - up to 10!
