Balazar, Gnome Summoner.
Orphaned as part of a terrible experiment by the Arclords of Nex, Balazar was taught by some of the world's greatest arcanists, yet never found his true calling until the day his masters forced him into making contact with a extraplanar being calling itself Padrig. The eidolon promptly slew Balazar's captors, cementing their friendship forever.

Padrig, Eidolon.
The eidolon known as Padrig first emerged from the mysterious Void Chasm, called forth by the summoner Balazar. Though his common form is that of a great chicken-snake hybrid, such is only the product of Balazar's unique imagination - on his own, Padrig is a bodiless spirit, shaped only by his deep connection to his gnome companion.

Imrijka, Half-Orc Inquisitor.
Imrijka knows nothing of her past and parents, only that she was found in a kellid ruins in Ustalav and raised with love and compassion by the church of Pharasma. Though her obvious half-orc heritage leads some to distrust her, Imrijka has no problem ignoring their jibes, taking pride in her own skills and the ragard of her companions.

Alain, Human Cavalier.
A noble son of Taldor, headstrong Alain left a life of courtly decadence for one of daring brutality as a mercenary. Though a fearsome combatant, and an even greater battle leader, Alain cares little for those under his command, and even gold matters only inasmuch as it increases his reputation. His only true friend is his horse, Donahan.

Alhazra, Human Oracle.
Alhazra grew up among the atheistic Rahadoumi, only to have her life change forever the day she inexplicably went blind, her healers pushed away by a wall of divine flame. Though Alhazra maintained that she worshipped no god, her disbelieving father cast her out, leaving her to survive in the desert with only her wits and her strange new powers.

Damiel, Elf Alchemist.
Damiel may have started out as one of the most promising young alchemists in the elven nation of Kyonin, but something went wrong along the way. Obsessed with testing his strange and experimental elixirs, Damiel unleashed a darker side of himself, one that's unbalanced, unstable, unpredictable – and totally indispensable in a fight.
